Users are advised to go through this refund and cancellation policy laid down here below before using our services. Proofreading Masters hereby declares that request for any cancellation or we will not accept refund once the order has been placed and the user for receiving the service has settled the payment.
In most of the cases, we do not accept any refund request of the payment. However, if an user request for refund or cancellation of the order, it will be totally on the sole discretion of proofreading masters. Proofreading Masters look into such requests on a case-to-case basis and decision of Proofreading Masters will be final in this regard.
At Proofreading Masters we have two types of concepts for refund viz. Full refund and partial refund.
Full Refund- refers to the situation when 100% amount paid by the user is refunded.
Partial Refund- refers to the situation when some part of the amount paid by the user is refunded.
The user of Proofreading Masters should be well informed that no full or partial refund is possible for payment made via our online payment gateway for availing the proofreading or other services provided by us. In case a payment has been charged on the user’s card, account, bank but Proofreading Masters has not received the amount, due to any reason, Proofreading Masters will not be liable for any refund.
If any user pays multiple payments for a single order or by mistake pays excess amount, such amount will be refunded after the deduction of the processing charges.
For consideration of refund or cancellation of the order, such request should be sent to contact@proofreadingmasters.com citing the detailed reason for cancellation or refund request. The decision of refund or cancellation in all such cases will be sole discretion of Proofreading Master and will be binding on the user.
It is sole responsibility of the user to keep record of all the transactions and reference number for payments done via online payment gateway to Proofreading Masters.
