"Platform" Means our online portal/website and website where you can access our services and your account for initiating any services provided by us
If you are entering into our terms and conditions of website on a behalf of a company, individual or other legal entity, You confirm and represent that you have the legal authority to be bound to our Terms & Conditions, if you do not have such authority or don't agree to any of our terms and conditions, you may not use any of our services or service related materials. You also confirm/represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have attained at least the age of majority in your place of residence or Jurisdiction.

Proofreading Masters may modify or update any of the existing terms of use or policies with/without any prior intimation as the situation may be. If situation demands, Proofreading Masters may also suspend some or all of the services offered on any of the Proofreading Masters Platforms with or without any prior notification. You are expected to visit our website or platforms for such regular updates. Proofreading Masters may also suspend your account in case of any suspected activities without any prior notification or permission.
Before placing any order, you are expected to create account on our website or register through email and keep all the information up to date and this will be your responsibility. If you are placing any order without registering on our website it's totally you wish and Proofreading Masters won't be responsible for any deviations in work offered due to lack of personal information.
Before initiating any order you will have to make payment of full amount as per the price quotation provided by us through mail, chat conversation or any other means, written or oral etc. Customers will also be responsible for providing all the information required to make the proofreading and other services available to the customers.
Customer is responsible for providing all the materials required to perform the proofreading or other services, materials to be proofread, materials describing the context of the proofreading and all materials required for the proofreading or other services. Any material which may be required from a third party may be chargeable on actual basis or a charge with an extra cost as the situation may be. Quality of results will totally depend on the clarity, accuracy and comprehensiveness of the materials provided by the client.
Customer can cancel an order immediately after the order has been placed provided that the proofreading or other services experts have not yet started work on the project. It's generally unlikely for any expert to start the work immediately in most of the cases. Once the work has been started, there would not be any refund in any of the situation whatsoever it may be. To get the status of your order contact us through mail immediately.
Proofreading Masters may use and retain third party contractors to offer the services to the clients. In such cases, Proofreading Masters may sublicense its rights under this Terms of Services to any third party to act on behalf of Proofreading Masters. In such case, Proofreading Masters solely responsible for paying and resolving all the disputes to such third parties.
We do clearly specify that we need to disclose the client materials to potential proof-readers and contractors in order to assure the services to the clients. Clients are solely responsible for removing, editing, masking the confidential information as such in their material.
Though we make our best effort to provide you quick and quality service, yet we have no liability for any delay or interruption in site. We use trusted and quality software still we do not accept responsibility for damage or data loss of your PC, server or network or may be any of economical/financial loss.
The information contained in the website is for general information purpose only. Proofreading and other services provided by us is a subjective matter and in matter of any kind of loss resulting out of our services, would be completely on your own risk. We have well qualified experts who try their best to serve clients and are always willing to provide rework.
Please be noted that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Bihar, India. Any claim or dispute arising of any situation shall be resolved in the court of Gaya situated in Bihar only. Proofreading Masters may modify any of the Terms of Services at any time with or without any notification or intimation. So website users are required to go through it regularly. In case of a conflict between the terms in Terms of Services and an order, the order is going to control for the conflict.
None of the portion of this Terms of Services, fully or partially can be assigned, transferred or delegated without any written prior permission of Proofreading Masters.
